we love the products…but we ordered too much per the calculation they provide and they are only returnable up to 14 days! Our carpenter couldn’t make it in that short of time so now we are stuck with extra product. If we were made aware of the 14 day limit we would have been extra careful. Now we have 7 room dividers and 2 accoustic panels we don’t know what to do with!
The boxes were a bit beat up on arrival, But the panels survived.
Installation was easy once the daunting part of checking and rechecking the measurements (e.g. ceiling angle) prior to making the cuts.
We love the final result—completes the wall mounted squat rack nicely.
We’re considering doing another portion of wall in the same room

I used Andor Willow for a project in my kitchen using the white oak with black felt, it was bold and turned out amazing. The customer service and shipping time was absolutely amazing arriving in a few days. Highly recommend this company. The quality wood was superior to most.

We finally installed the wood panels in my son’s bathroom and I have to say, WOW!! Just gorgeous! Quality is great! It adds so much style to a boring bathroom. Love it!!
The sample I received was cracked and warped. When combined with the large additional fee to "protect the order against damage", and the restrictive return policy, I unfortunately lost my nerve to purchase the slats for my home.
Hi, we are so sorry you were dissapointed with your samle. We replace all damaged product for free per our policy, so we will happily send you a replacement sample. The order protection you mention is also optional, but it will gaurentee a fast and easy replacement process should anything get damaged in transit to you which is beyond our control. They are perfect for my project. I had curved wall and these have ideal flexibility. I haven’t ordered more due to US shipping charge. Would love to order more whenever free shipping is available
I purchased these thinking they were 9' tall by mistake. We worked with our contractor to make them work regardless by adding a bottom shelf and trimmed out the top. These were ordered to create a hidden door to the downstairs basement area. Although it's not complete, so far it appears it will look amazing. The panels are well made and also serve as a sound board.
Thé samples for the acoustic slat wall and mdf fluted wall finish were excellent. I am thinking of placing an order. The slat wall partition sample on the other hand was disappointing. The wood was cracked.
This product sample arrived split and broken. When I called to ask about it I was told they are going to redesign the product with different materials so it won’t split. So why ask so many times for a review of a product that you need to and have plans to redesign? You should halt production and release the new product.
